Our Villa, a stunning example of the Liberty style, was built in 1901 by our ancestor, Livio Socini. Unfortunately, it was destroyed during the Second World War.
It was meticulously reconstructed in 1945, and subsequently renovated in 2005 by my parents, who transformed it into a cherished family residence. Since 2016, my father has entrusted me with the management of the Villa for hosting guests.
I've refurbished the rooms, preserving their original ambiance with antique furnishings and adorned ceilings. Nestled within expansive grounds, the Villa boasts a magnificent garden featuring a towering Magnolia tree, as well as a panoramic terrace and balcony offering sweeping views of the countryside landscape and Osservanza Cathedral.
Positioned opposite Porta Camollia - the north entrance of the medieval walls - Villa Socini provides convenient access to downtown. A ten-minute stroll leads to the bustling heart of the city, highlighted by the iconic Piazza del Campo.

I am delighted to extend my assistance for any needs you may have, offering recommendations for must-visit landmarks and restaurants, and telling you captivating tales of the Palio and its 17 Contradas, of which mine is known as Istrice.
The Palio, an ancient tradition dating back to the 13th century, showcases a thrilling race where jockeys ride bareback. Ten Contradas participate in this biannual event, making it one of Italy's oldest and most impressive historical spectacles.
